PDF online signing: OS independent
Compatible with Windows operating systems.
eSignatureOffice enables secure biometric PDF signing in professional environments, regardless of system setup. Documents can be signed directly using StepOver signature pads or Windows tablets, ensuring smooth integration into existing workflows.
Maximum security and eIDAS compliance
Biometric handwritten signatures are securely captured and directly linked to the document using advanced double asymmetric encryption (up to 4096-bit RSA). From the moment a signature is created, biometric data is encrypted and permanently bound to the PDF, ensuring integrity and traceability.
Signatures can be verified using standard tools such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, and the solution supports both simple and advanced electronic signatures in accordance with eIDAS regulations.
Automation, integration and document handling
eSignatureOffice enables powerful workflow automation, including automatic placement of signature fields, document renaming, saving, printing, and email dispatch after signing.
It integrates easily into existing systems via command-line parameters or configuration files, and can also be used as a visual component (OCX). The software supports client-server environments, Citrix setups, and web-based integration scenarios.
Users can view, edit, and sign PDF/A documents, including filling out form fields directly within the application for a complete end-to-end digital signing process.
