The differences between Topaz SigLite and Topaz SignatureGem
Topaz SigLite has the following features:
• Low volume signature capture applications – Suitable for Small Medium Enterprises (SME), Small Business Unit in Large Corporations and Statutory Boards of Government.
• Technology is less expensive than SignatureGem and it is cost effective in an environment where smaller volume of documentation is being managed. Typically, it captures 100,000 signatures for a lifetime.
• The thin touch pad surface is exposed to the risk of accidental scratching and cutting if there is constant physical shifting of the signature pad.
• It is based on touch-sensitive technology.
Topaz SignatureGem has the following features:
• The usage is best in place where the volume of signatures is very high or the signature pad is required for public use – Suitable for Multi-National Corporations (MNC), Large Scale Local Companies and Statutory Boards of Government.
• Able to record signatures through paper without any loss of accuracy, thus making them a great choice where simultaneous inking is desired.
• It is based on high-performance, high-speed electromagnetic pen and sensor technology.
SigLite 1×5:
• Shows “electronic ink” on an LCD display under the tip of the pen when signing
• Commonly used when a touchpad-type pad is acceptable for the application
• Not recommended for high-volume or ink-on paper use
• Includes Topaz SigPlus software
SigLite LCD 1×5:
• Shows “electronic ink” on an LCD display under the tip of the pen when signing
• Uses touchpad signature capture technology
• This touchpad-type pad may be suitable for application where LCD ink and interactive features are needed. Can display interactive text and graphics
• Not recommended for high-volume signature use
• Includes Topaz SigPlus software
SigLite LCD 4×3:
• Shows “electronic ink” on an LCD display under the tip of the pen when signing
• Uses touchpad signature capture technology
• Suitable for application where LCD ink and interactive features are needed. Can display interactive text and graphics
