duraSign Pad NG 10

The duraSign Pad NG 10 is part of StepOver’s next-generation “duraSign Pad NG Series,” developed in Germany for maximum performance, security, and flexibility in digital signature workflows. Built with a robust electromagnetic sensor and a chemically hardened glass surface, it is designed for intensive daily use in professional environments.

With its large 10-inch display, the device offers ample space for document presentation and interactive input. The entire signature process—including document rendering, signature capture, encryption, and final PDF creation—is executed directly on the pad itself, ensuring maximum speed and independence from host system performance.

The duraSign Pad NG 10 supports plug & play operation with no software installation required, enabling users to begin signing within minutes. With the optional Ethernet Connection Kit, the device can be integrated into a network environment, allowing documents to be sent directly to the pad from any connected device via browser access. Multiple users can operate the same device sequentially with ease.

Advanced functionality includes virtual keyboard support for editing form fields directly on the pad, as well as seamless integration options via free .NET or REST APIs. For simplified workflows, the optional Print2NG virtual printer enables signature initiation from any printable application with automatic PDF output handling.

Security is ensured through tamper-proof firmware, encrypted updates, restricted interface access, and integrated opening detection, with additional physical protection via Kensington lock support. The device operates without license management and is fully compatible across major platforms including Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, and iOS.

Designed for modern compliance requirements, the duraSign Pad NG 10 supports eIDAS-compliant advanced electronic signatures, making it a reliable and future-ready solution for secure digital transactions.

Stability, ergonomics, and aesthetics at the height of classic style

Maximum speed
The entire signature process—including PDF rendering, signature capture, encryption, and document creation—takes place directly on the pad. There is no continuous communication between PC software and the device, ensuring fast and efficient workflows.

Network capability
With the optional Ethernet Connection Kit, the signature pad can be easily integrated into a network. PDF documents can be sent directly to the device via browser from any network-connected device. Multiple users can access the pad sequentially. When connected via USB, control is limited to the connected computer’s browser.

Document editing
A virtual keyboard enables users to complete form elements such as text fields, checkboxes, and selection fields directly on the device before signing.

Easy integration
Integration into existing workflows is fast—typically within one day—using the free .NET or REST API (NextGen API). Simple processes can be implemented even faster using Print2NG, which allows printing directly from any application and automatic saving of signed PDFs. The device can also be used with eSignatureOffice for advanced automation scenarios.

Maximum stability
A chemically hardened glass surface ensures high durability and long-term resistance, even under intensive daily use.

Highest security
The device provides a closed system architecture with access only via integrated web interface or REST API. Firmware is tamper-proof and updates are encrypted. Integrated opening detection prevents unauthorized access to internal components, and a Kensington Lock slot provides physical theft protection.

No license management
No additional software licenses are required. The NextGen API is provided free of charge, eliminating ongoing licensing or hidden costs.

Platform independence
Compatible with Windows, MacOS, Linux, Android, iOS, and other common operating systems.

eIDAS compliant
Supports the creation of advanced electronic signatures in accordance with eIDAS regulations.
