Introduction
System Description
Draw To Sign provides a fast plug and play electronic signature solution for requirements where customer’s signature system is already inbuilt with Mouse Sign signature fields rather than the usual signature boxes provided by signature pad vendors like Topaz Systems, StepOver etc.
What is Mouse Sign signature?
Mouse Sign signature refers to a signature application where the signer uses the movement of the mouse to draw onto a signature canvas. The signature canvas can record the entire drawing in electronic ink which will depict the handwritten signature. It is often deployed with the need for a left mouse click to start signing and subsequently releasing the left mouse click to end it or temporarily pausing the signing.
Mouse Sign signature can be built in both web and normal applications. An example of a web based signature field can be located here.
Issues Facing Mouse Sign signature
Often signer are unable to sign naturally in Mouse Sign signature using a mouse movement. Most of the time, the signature does not realistically look like their day to day signatures. This will definitely lower the authenticity of the signature thus affecting the overall legal binding effectiveness of the document.

FAQ
Does it work with non LCD pad?
Yes it does. However the LCD timeout settings will be ignored.
Why does the signature does not fill the whole size of the preselected rectangle on the screen?
This is because the rectangle has to match with the size of the active sensor area on the signature pad. It will be matched and will appear smaller to accommodate the signature.
How about other signature pad models not in the list of compatible signature pads?
Please send us an email on this and we will consider integration with the new pads.
